But you\u2019d be wrong; like, <em>really<\/em> wrong. It turns out fixing this 911\u2019s cosmetic damage will set the owner back more than $11,000. The owner, who\u2019s based in the US, shared his predicament on <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Porsche\/comments\/1kabm5l\/repair_cost_9922_911_targa_4_gts\/\">Reddit<\/a><\/em>, explaining that the front end of the Porsche was left scratched after a minor incident. What rule is that? \u201cPay out of pocket up to $10,000 for every $100,000 of value of the car. Any damage, no matter how minor, will hurt the resale value of a high-end car like this. After the owner parked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2025\/04\/someone-just-snagged-a-steal-on-this-1k-mile-porsche-911-t-coupe\/\">the 911<\/a> in the driveway of his son\u2019s friend, a Subaru reversing down the driveway collided with the Porsche. Apparently, his son\u2019s friend was inside the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/subaru\/\">Subaru<\/a> but failed to notice the Porsche when they started reversing. However, if you own a car like a Porsche 911, cheaping out for some touch-up paint and paintless dent removal (PDR) may not be the best idea.
